The pharmacy dispensed XL instead of IR for me today. Fecking annoying because I don't know if I can take the XL. Phoned my docs surgery but the duty doc wasn't sure, and going to phone my psych tomorrow to see if they're happy for me to take the XL for a week and a half, cos I don't really want to have to go into town to get the script sorted.

I'm gonna see if I can be put on XR tablets be because I'm really not coping with the morning dose. I feel totally fuzzy and weak and dizzy. I can't drive when I tale it and I can't concentrate at work. I work in a&e where a lot of sick people come in and you have to on the ball to save their lives. It is dangerous if I can't concentrate.


Whispered secret- go back to the pharmacy and ask them to be swapped it is a pharmacy mistake so they should rectify it.

Got the pharmacy to swap it. No apology or anything - they blamed the doc who wrote the script for it not being clear enough which formulation was meant to be dispensed, and because it was a hospital script they basically decided it would be too difficult to try to contact the doctoe. So they made an assumption, and the wrong one at that.

I would definitely see about the XR dose if the IR is affecting your work. take care xx
