I broke free for now.....im really scared that hell come back though.....im too afraid to sleep so im drinking so much caffiene idk what else to do....i have a feeling that as soon as i go to sleep hell come back.....

If it happens again, can you try and calm yourself down and refocus on yourself, and on physical objects around you at the moment (a desk, a chair) to try and bring you back to reality?

Kick T out for good Jenna! Your therapist can help! Ypou are too good and too strong to allow this shit to control you. We all care so much. If you feel him taking over come here and read all the support. Together we can amplify your strength and he will lose!
