I did it once but I put in laminated pieces of paper with distractions written on it and watched and the last one to land was one to try doing to stop the urges.
It worked pretty well but you can only have a few different distractions.

This is a great idea! I am going to make one at the weekend. I also thinking adding pictures would be a great idea :)

I tried this, and it was so awesome that I used it as my practical session (demo) for my Trainer's Course last weekend. Can we start a thread in Picture Board so we can all add our amazing photos?

so while you can take a picture of us. We're definitely going to hell,
but we'll have all the best stories to tell.

aw I'm glad so many people liked this idea :) We should deffo make a picture thread, I'll try and take some of mine tomorrow, looks so pretty with light shining through it!
