yes. I told her that I wasn't suicidal just cutting. Those two things can be different. I don't want to die and I'm careful, but she's still having my mom watch me 24/7. they don't trust me. I can't even go to the bathroom with the door shut.



Whatever it is, you can get through it. I promise.

yeah, they are different. although people who si are more likely to commit suicide, or accidently through the si, the intent of si is nearly always to allow the person to keep going. Thats a stigma that is slowly being educated out of people. I'm sorry they don't trust you. Have you tried showing them credible information about how si doesn't automatically mean suicide?

no..i don't know of any information to show them. they think my cuts are horrible but they're not even that bad and they barely bled at all...
