My husband is such a nice person.
He has never been in a fight he is shy and quiet and its the bastards who put canisters in fires who don't ever get to see or feel the consequences of their actions.
Its the nice normal festival going public who suffer the stupid idiots who set fire to bins and jump the fences and take the piss never seem to get hurt or suffer.

Thats awful!! I am so very very sorry.
My daughter was due to go, but changed her mind and sold her ticket at the last minute.
Why are some people so bloody minded and spoil it for others.
I do hope his injuries heal quickly with the minimum of scarring.

thats so horrible. my fiance was at leeds festival this weekend and the first night he had all his money stolen. the thing is the money was in his walley, in his trouser pocket, which he was wearing, in his sleeping bag, in his tent.

****ing hell, i just got back from the Reading festival today. I thought it was bad that people we're setting fire to tents and stuff on the Sunday night but that's awful.
If you havent already you should contact the festival organisers, a man got badly injured at Reading 05 due to an exploding gas canister and he's been used ever since in promotional materials all over the festival, clearly the message isnt getting through.

Im sorry to hear that, people there are so irresponsible. I went the last two years and people were expolding gas canisters everywhere and trampling over tents with people inside. I didnt go this year partly for that reason, you dont feel all that safe. Just after I'd got out of my tent something out of a fire that they put a gas canister in hit my tent n melted through all the plastic. I hope your husbands ok x

i remember when i went to reading a couple of years ago they gave us hay to sit on because it was so wet and muddy and people set alight to so much of it and the smoke was horrible and people were having to be taken away because of smoke inhalation. people are idiots.im really sorry that happened to your husband and his mates and i hope it doesnt put him off going to festivals in the future.xx

i know, some people are complete tw*ts. I was at leeds in 04 and nearly got blown up by a canister on the last night on my way to wat they seem to call 'toilets'. I hid behind a tree after that.
Im really sorry that happened. And i hope it heals ok
