I get loads of different spellings for my first name, but yeah, i've stopped caring now. spell it how you like.
And my last name, again, lots of different spellings ect. people are weird.

and hendrick always gets spelt hendrix or hendricks.

my last name used to be Coneyworth....cone - eeee - worth, it's not that hard to owrk out really.
Now, considering 2 england footie players share my last name, and one of the Harry Potter characters is called it, people still spell Neville wrong. Oh and I sent out letter to everywhere to change my status name to Mrs Neville, a lot of them call me Miss Neville, inc hospital and bingo grrrr

Mine (Hannah) is pretty simple, occasionally people forgo the last H or somehow decide I'm Japanese and spell it Hana, but most have the presence of mind to go with the incredibly popular spelling.

And that's after I've finally managed to convince them that I'm not a Jennifer. Everyone's like "well, it's obvious that Jennie is short for Jennifer", and I'm like "yes, but I'm a JennY - and thats exactly what my birth certificate says....no Jennifer in sight"
Urgh....and then there's my last name, which somehow nearly always gets spelt Whellham

Anyhow aside from that annoyance you would think Camilla should be relativily easy to spell but no Kamile, Kamilla, Kamil, Camille and so it goes on!!

I do mind having people go indignant when I ask how to spell names like gazal, shiny, smiley, pradeep, Navleen, Moeez, Sidarth, Shaheen, Ambreen and the other delightful names I get chucked at work

But its the names with a million different spellings to it that confuse me e.g. an area called Jebel Ali can be spelt Jabal Ali and Jebal Ali to and these are all on signposts!!

I have to spell my name all the time, because its two normal enough names, just spelt a little differently, and people always go "Oh, is it really spelt like that?" Erm. Yes. It is.
And when I spell it out "K-A-Y-T-I-E hyphen L-E-I-G-H" and then they send my application forms and stuff with "Kay Lee" on the front. I also get annoyed when people put Leigh as my middle name, when it's not. It's double barrelled and I don't have a middle name!

Im Italian... With a long surname.. when I tell people my surname, they look at me all confused and panic. I tell them how to spell it.. Not once.. But 5 times... I then have to go through how you say it. Thats fun. I get asked if Im Greek with a surname like that. twats.
