how do i get to be inpatient cos not sure i can do this
im putting to much on other people and thats unfair
but i know i cant do it on my own

They try not to go for hospital unless they really have to. Why don't you print this off and show your counsellor? Lean on them that is what they are there for. If you are worried about putting too much on friends that look at voluntary organisations where you may feel more comfortable.

My psychologist never seems to do anything when I tell him how bad I feel, but I think that is the system and has nothing to do with caring. As I said try voluntary services like MIND. I have been referred a befriender to support me. I'm not sure why you keep saying sorry though. You don't need to apologise for your feelings.
