I have numerous 136's and they showed up on my enhanced CRB. But I am still able to work with vunerable people.
If your arrested yet not charged then I think your OK,my arrest didn't show up as i was let go next day without charge.
But I guess it is up to the police.
Maybe contact Mind when your gonna have a check done and see if they can aid you at all.
