That was my problem in my first year of Uni, my halls were like 5 minutes from Asdas so I could just go and buy Brie whenever the feeling took me, which was often.

Cheddar all the way. nom nom melted on toast.
Though mozzarella is pretty nice to an is epic on pizza.
I also like that crumbly lancashier stuff.
Cheese is just yummy.
