Love QI, but it's definately put on.
Alan Davies was also in the silly teenage film from the book....oh whats it called....Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging. He was relatively normal in that too.
He's just playing a role in QI, but i dont mind it.

Really, I think he's pretty much like that all the time.
Possibly played up a little, but other than that, I really do think he's normally like that.

An oxford professor vowed to try and teach him some very complex maths in a program I saw a while a go, and he really did seem pretty much the same.
