Urgh, hate night like that. Relaxation apps can be quite helpful though if drugs aren’t working. Any ideas why you can’t sleep?
Had salad- was awesome. Just rubbed the cat with ice cubes....my flat is soooo sticky and baking. Leo just lay there purring and nudging the ice!

I've had sleeping pills but they don't seem to have had an effect!
I'm quite restless and fidgety so i think that's why.

Apparently freezing some of their treats or broth and giving them to your pet is a good when it's hot. Though it's not hot here at all anymore. :(
I did sit outside having cocktails last night which was lush. Felt like being on holiday.

Yeah I used to freeze watered down dog gravy into ice cubes for my puppydog. =) Don't think the cat would be too impressed with that sort of thing though.

We had some rain over night but it's sunny again today but not nearly as hot as it has been.
Just chores today for me - laundry, food shopping and gonna go mow the lawn in a moment. =/

My house is quite cool, luckily. It has big thick old walls keeping the heat out.
Day's going ok, mowed lawn, done laundry and fed the birds and pheasant. Just got to shower and do food shopping now - the hardest bits. =(
