It's been mostly good, ate lunch with a friend rather than hiding in the office as was my intention and went for a walk to the post office with her too. Got myself a bit melancholic this pre-evening looking through my work for the next section to write up and I see depression all over it.
It's great that you spent time with your colleague. :) it can be difficult looking back at stuff we've done when unwell. I guess it's about looking at how far you've come. You got through that really tricky time and are still on your programme. You're a tough cookie. *hug*
It is fun! It's a bit of a giggle.

That is true; at least depressed me makes notes. I can tell when my mood has been high because I come across pages in my note book that just have a title and a date and then I have to try and figure out what on earth I did from the raw data!
There used to be an aqua aerobics class on at the same time as my PE lesson in the pool. They all looked to be having a better time than we were!

Aqua was fun! My concentration wasn't brilliant though and I kept holding the queue up because I was on the last excersise when everyone else was skipping down the length of the pool, but I hadn't noticed the change. Oops. I went in the bubble pool afterwards and it was lovely. My Mum was upstairs doing something that seems to me to be a way of torturing yourself. :P
How are you, Hannah and M?

I'm a bit anxious. I've got a course starting at the mental health centre tomorrow and I don't really want to go. What if people try and make friends with me?

What worries you about people wanting to make friends with you? You don't have to say anything or do anything you don't want to, but hopefully the course will be useful. *hug*
I'm going to go to bed I think. I would like to not be awake.

Thanks lovely. I just have to actually move first, I'm being lazy AGAIN :P

I think I need to think of something to say if someone asks to swap number or meet outside of sessions or something. I though about "I'm sorry, but im not comfortable doing that at the moment." Or something. I don't want to offend people.
Bed sounds good, Hannah. :)

It's totally okay to say those things Ducky. You don't have to do anything you're not comfortable with <3
Hope you are really okay Sarah!
