In England 16 is legal? dang. Here if I were to go googly eyes over a 16 year old its pervy. they've gotta turn 18 before I turn 20 or its pervy :(... I think that's partially my state though with its weird laws, cuz some states its just "oh sex, ya, don't have sex with someone underage" but in my state if you kiss someone underage and someone were to tell, I could get in trouble... laaaaaaaaaame

Well I guess my state ain't that bad...cuz if a 15 and 16 year old were kissing it'd be fine...just 15 year olds aren't supposed to have sex, its rape no matter what age the two people are if one is under 16.

then again there was a girl that came to out school beginning of year 12. didn't have any idea about contraception & the like because her old school was catholic.
i think it's completely irresponsible not to teach them about it tbh. all they're told it "don't have sex"
