Glad you have it off! Do you have any NYE plans? I also have new year off, am looking forward to it too!
"I know you're sad, so I won't tell you to have a good day. Instead, I advise you to simply have a day.
Stay alive, feed yourself well, wear comfortable clothes, and don't give up on yourself just yet.
It'll get better. Until then, have a day."
I will also be here. I could even join you in the glass of baileys :P

I am going for dinner with my lovely friend, and then going to a house party with her. She's a friend I've had for a while, but we've got quite a bit closer recently and she's so lovely. You guys know I had all that stress with my best friend towards the start of the year when she was getting married so I'm really valuing having someone else to talk to. I have lots of friends but the good ones are rare!
That sounds good Ali :) I hope you have a lovely time!
Yay for presents Ducky! What did you get?!
My dad's church is having a NYE party so I may pop across to that at some point but I think it will be a few old people sitting round in a circle drinking sherry so not too thrilling :P

Bubbles are awesome. I might just have to do the baileys Boris party.
I want To go out and I know mum does too. It is just a case of organising it and getting my dad and sister to come along. Frustrating. Organising is not my families strong point.
I am ok, tired. Going to attempt to read some pages of my book and sleep.

Step back, breathe and take it in
I hope you manage to get something organized lovely. But failing that we'll be here :P
Hope you sleep well. What book are you reading?

It is called "good morning mr Mandela" it is a story written by his PA who is white Afrikaans. I have only just started it. I am 5 or so pages in (and then I fell asleep)

Books are good for sleep! Or at least, I used to find they were when I didn't find reading novels so frustrating. I think I might need to find a short story book to read or something. :) Find a book, Hannah!
I forgot to post pictures of my new pyjamas. I have been waiting for over a month to have them, because my sister bought them before she went away. They are so snuggly!

A short story book sounds like it would be good :)
