*squish* I hope you sleep soon. And I hope work is okay tomorrow. I can sympathise with not wanting to deal with people.
"I know you're sad, so I won't tell you to have a good day. Instead, I advise you to simply have a day.
Stay alive, feed yourself well, wear comfortable clothes, and don't give up on yourself just yet.
It'll get better. Until then, have a day."

*Hugs for Ali too* How are you today? I hope work is going okay.

It sounds so stressful. I'm sure you can get it done though.
I'm ok. On my way to work, would much rather not.

I don't feel great. I am supposed to be showing a new person what to do but I can't do it very well.

I'm sure you are doing better than you think, it is horrible having to show people how to do stuff when you aren't feeling great. Do you have much longer to go?
I'm not doing great either, getting quite frustrated with colleagues a) for being selfish, useless people who can't clean up after themselves and b) for their inane conversations don't they realise none of it will matter once the world is over?
Ah okay, fair enough. I don't know how reassuring it is when people tell you they don't think the world is ending, but I expect most people would have that response. And, if it is going to end, does worrying about it change that? Why not let people live their lives as they do if it's inevitable? I guess it's a bit like worrying about the current stuff the world is going through with bombs etc. It's awful but if it's going to happen, stressing won't do much to change it. Again, this is probably totally unhelpful but just my thoughts on the matter.
I'm home from work. I've opened all the relevant pages I need and will do some reading and note taking, and will then eat dinner and attempt to throw something together. I was thinking about it at work and sort of planning it, so hopefully I can come up with something. Just got to force myself to do it.
