Sorry you're not feeling great Sarah, can you think of anything that might help?
That sound fun Ali :) hope you enjoy it!
Glad today is going better ducky. Yay for the gym!
Work is 6 hours so not bad really. Just feeling moany!

I am seeing my mentor at 4 considering going home afterwards. I'm not really working.
I don't know what would help. Listening to the radio was helping me stay on task before but today it isn't working, the thoughts are too intrusive. I might get a drink and see if I can clear my head a bit.
I used to do a Zumba class and I really couldn't dance but it was still lots of fun until the instructor returned to South America .... how rude!
I hope the time flies by Hannah, agree with Ali you should treat yourself to something nice after the shift.
Sorry, I probably didn't phrase that very well. A long time ago my Dad said to me 'does worrying about these things change them?' and it always makes me think when I'm panicking. Using up so much energy on worrying doesn't achieve anything - I know it's easier said than done though. I also find thinking 'I'll cross that bridge when I come to it' helpful. If something bad doesn't happen, great. If it does, I can deal with it.
The class was good and my legs definitely feel better for doing it. Hopefully I won't wake up with even more pain tomorrow. I'm now making bolognese :)
Glad the class was good, Ali. :) Bolognese sounds good! How has the rest of your day been?
My afternoon was busy! I am so, so tired. I could have fallen asleep at lunch time. I am not doing anything until 5pm tomorrow though, so I can have a relax. :)

The gym was so lovely. The pool is amazing! It's really quiet and the lighting is really low. The person I'd have my induction/PT session with seems really lovely. I've left it over the weekend to decide, but I think I'm going to go for it. :)

I'm glad you liked it :) it sounds like a really good thing for you to do, so I hope you do decide to go for it!
I'm seeing boy for lunch tomorrow. I need to have An Important Talk with him but I'll probably bottle it. Then I'm doing a Sams shift and potentially going for drinks after. On Sunday I'm seeing my friend to go shopping, doing a meds shift and then hopefully submitting my doctorate form! Eep!
