I hope the increase helps. Glad it was ok. :) GPs don't like to change things if your under a psychiatrist, or that is my experience. It is frustrating! Don't be grumpy, you got coffee! *hug*
I'm ok. I'm on lunch in my toilet and I feel calmer in here.

*squish* Calmer is good. I'm sorry you're having to eat in a toilet though :(
True, coffee is always good. Free coffee is better! It was a vanilla latte and it came with cream which is even better. :P

Don't feel bad, he can always come back! I'm glad it's a nice toilet at least! *Hugs*
I'm going to walk the dog and then go into town and do a little Christmas shopping. Then I have other things I need to do.

Everything hurts today. I keep making noises when I stand up or sit down, haha. I have the self injury group tonight but I really really don't want to do it. Seeing friends after so hopefully it will be okay.
OUchie! Sounds like you need a long soak in the bath Look after yourself lovely you are awesome! Is there anyone that could cover the group for you tonight?
I'm glad there's a bit of calm mixed in there, Sarah. Do you think the medication increase is helpful?
My afternoon has been so hard. I took 40 minutes to do a prescription. Idiot. The patient had gone for coffee so it was fine from their end, but it's still useless. A patient did ask for me by name though, then called me possum, so that was nice. Bleh. I keep telling myself it was multiple items etc, and my manager said it was ok, but it is not ok.

I think it's okay Ducky. *squish* We all have off days, and your manager would have said if it was an issue. Are you home now? How are you doing this evening?
I'm glad there's a bit of calm at least Sarah!
Hope it all goes well this evening Ali, and you have a good time with your friends x

I think my manager was pleased because I picked up on quite a big mistake she made when dispensing (wrong drug and wrong directions). She was pleased enough that my idiocy was acceptable. She was only dispensing because I was being so fudging slow. It's not her job. Blah. Moanmoanmoan. I work with people with real problems.
How are you doing, Hannah? Did you get any Christmas shopping? Did the dog enjoy his walk?

Ducky, instead of using it as another reason to beat yourself up, can you try to use the fact that your manager made a mistake as evidence that everyone makes mistakes, and it's okay? You are amazing, I wish you could see that. And honestly, anyone would struggle on only a couple of hours of sleep! What are your plans for this evening? Do you think you'll be able to get an early night?
The dog did enjoy his walk! I got a couple of things but I think the rest will just have to be done online. I feel odd. I appear to be vibrating.

I'm glad the dog enjoyed his walk! :) Online shopping is the way forward! Vibrating? That does sound like an odd feeling. How is your evening?
Thank you for being so lovely. Everyone does make mistakes. It was a stressful situation. We were busy and I was the only dispenser after lunch and I am so tired. I've not got any plans this evening. I'm going to FaceTime Mum, have a cup of ovaltine and snuggle down in bed.

*Squish* I know it's easy to be hard on yourself but you really, really don't deserve it. FaceTime, ovaltine and bed sound like an excellent plan :)
Yes, definitely vibrating. It is very odd. My evening is okay. I'm doing an online course and I HAVE to get my final assessment submitted tonight and I cannot be bothered! Is my own fault for leaving it to the last minute as usual!
