So today has been a good day I went to a meeting about the changes to mental health services which was very informative then had Toby Carvery then organised a second viewing on a flat I hope to move into so no distress but y do I want to overdose so much I can't shift it

I met up with an old friend with a 6 month old baby and went gaga over the baby. It was as if we saw each other last week not 2 1/2 years ago. I need a friend as I keep getting treated like dirt by old friends, so they are no longer worth my time. They used me. Im still real unsafe but there you go.
