I been to god knows how many festivals with my mate Steve who is like a father to me and he is 53! and let me tell you now, he still has plenty of years left him in to go to more!

weve got someone playing called Manu Chao. Does anyone know anything about him/her/them? Two nights sold out two in about a week.. ive never heard of it.
im still pissed idont get another gig before xmas it sucks :(

Apocalyptica were amazing. Crazy finnish people! Lol.
We were in Maccy D's before the gig to get food and we were sitting there eating and these 2 guys walked in and my friend went "They don't look English"
so the rest of us turn around and it's only ****ing Apocalyptica! (The blonde one and the black haired one). So we went over and said Hi! :D
Lovely chaps.
Then after we left we saw them go into Starbucks! Haha.
I want to see them again!
The support band was good.
The guitarist with long black hair was sexy with amazing trousers. We saw him after and he gives AMAZING hugs. :D

^ I am so jealous of you right now. I was desperate to see them but they didn't come to Manchester so I couldn't afford it.
I was offered a free ticket to see Slipknot and couldn't go cos I had exams too - gutted! I so wanted to see Children of Bodom and Machine Head too!
I was going to see Streetlight Manifesto but I saw Pendulum instead. They were amazing!
I've got Biffy Clyro next week, then nothing til 23rd Jan. I can't wait to see Biffy, I've wanted to for years :D:D
I saw Pendulum on Wednesday :) 2nd time i've seen them - pretty much amazing.
2nd time i saw Apocalyptica too, they were even better this time! :D
I've seen Biffy, I didn't think they were that good live - i prefer the cd. They didn't interact with the crowd at all which i wasn't impressed with & the guy just stood there. I wasn't happy at all.
Oh & Slipknot are just down the road from my house at the minute. :) My friends have gone to see them.

It was my second time seeing Pendulum too. Much better second time.
I really want to see Apocalyptica :(
I hope they've improved their stage presence then, cos I'm far too excited :D:D:D
I prefered Pendulum at Download i think, much better atmosphere. Much better when there is more people there.

The drummer threw a bottle cap at the guy who wears glasses and always sits down so he got a bottle full of water.. went upto the drumkit and thre it at the drummer then threw the drummers own drumsticks at him. Lmao.
and the other members where just standing there like "wtf" lmao.

Apocalyptica gig was rather good, enjoyed it, walked straight up to the stage at the end of the gig and took the set list.
Slipknot/Machine Head and Bodom were amazing. my boyfriend's friends now think I am crazy because I was head banging so much.
No gigs now till next year :( Don't know how I will cope!
