congratulations d-liscious enjoy your pregnancy, its a beautiful time!!! the sickness will pass
things are really bad here for me at the moment. i was starting to feel a lot better last time i was my doc nearly 4 weeks ago but things have taken a total nose dive again. i have been really bad this month, i feel horrendous and then to make matters worse someone broke into my flat yesterday i went out for 2.5 hours and i came home to find my door had been forced with a chisel and a crowbar. they took some things, they went through all my stuff - it was the most awful feeling. its set off some really bad **** for me unfortunately as i was r*ped in my home when i was 17 and jamie was at work. i feel like someone has been watching me and knew when i was going out and its just totally triggered everything all the feelings about feeling unsafe at home but afraid to go out too. horrible. i dont want to do this again.

oh stace! *hugs* you rent don't you? can't you get the owner to install an alarm? i'm so sorry, it's horrible knowing your stuff has been gone through.
hope you feel better soon hun, maybe ask your gp if you can see a counsellor to help put all the **** back to rest?
i'm 38+3 (a week furher than with chloe) and still 3/5th engaged. so no change from last week.
we have tried spicy food, sex, hot bath, leaning over to dry between toes (did the trick with chloe). i've been eating pineapple all the way through so doubt it will work. i'm gonna look at the reflexology stuff because i know certain pressure points should be avoided in pregnancy coz it can start labour.

i do rent yeah. im actually in the process of arranging a swap and moving into another flat that my landlord is about to put on the market. i just need to make sure i can raise the deposit.
i dunno, i will see my doc tomorrow and will discuss it with her.
good luck mand not long now....i tried the drying toes thing because it made your waters pop but it didnt work with me! in fact nothing did. what finally started labour was a family member touching my bump at 12 days overdue.

come on stace, don't be so harsh with yourself, you've had a really tough time recently, you're reacting in the best way you know how. the harder you are with yourself the worse you will feel.
surely it means even more to continue with recovery now that you've been back there? you've done it once but you're not going there again sort of thing?
be kind with yourself. love ya xx
still no baby. anyone wanna hire out my belly as a trampoline?

I AM A PROUD PLUMERIA SISTER
I'm now 21 weeks. And having a boy!!!! We found out on Thursday and we're really pleased. We didn't think Pete could have boys, because he has three girls.
I currently have lots of movements, and abnormal amounts of brackston hicks. Like, probably getting on for 20-30 a day. I'm not too worried, the same happened with Madeleine but ten weeks later than this time. They get more in the evening and really regular, like every minute. One woke me up this morning!
helena, glad to have you back, i been wondering where you went to! congrats on the boy! any names yet?
i was having the braxton hicks (or tightenings as the hospital called them) and it turned out to be irritable uterus, so maybe worth getting checked out, as it can stimulate cervical dilation and therefore labour.
mine turned out to be the baby turning, she went from transverse to breech and then head-down fairly quickly (within about 12hours) and the contractions were to help her shift.
still nothing except TMI loads of mucous. i'm thinking if it were my plug there would be none left by now, i've been losing enough to need to wash everytime i pee (wiping is not enough!) which is fairly often, so it must just be increased discharge... i'm positive it would have run out by now otherwise.

Mand I'm so happy for you, I hope things go well and don't take too long! You must be excited!
I do have an irritable uterus - I got told that with Madeleine. The midwife didn't seem too worried, but I'm seeing her again Friday, so I'll tell her again.
