I saw my psychiatrist today, and I told her how I was feeling. It was pretty much showing up on my face. Unfortunately, there was not much she could do about it, and I'm still feeling suicidal.

Ninane - I'm glad you told her at least; even if there doesn't seem like much she can do having someone know how you're struggling can help.

I can't stop thinking about it. It's in my thoughts...my dreams. All of it. I can't do this anymore. It all hurts too much.

I talked to my therapist for a few minutes. I'm frustrated because My husband is upset that I've been sleeping during the day. It is a side effect of the medication, not to mention I still have depression. He expects everything to be perfect. He does not yet have an understanding of what I'm going through. Sometimes I think he looks at everything from the perspective of how it affects him. I'm tired of always being the bad guy. There is no room for imperfection in his world.

rachel - could you maybe print off some info about depression and you med side effects and ask him to read it? it could help him understand.
