I've been really disappointed with the series so far in comparison to the previous two (three if you count the 9th Doctor's) but I thought this episode was great. And the next one looks pretty good, a bit random but Joe Dempsie's in it so yay ^__^

I can't wait for Rose to come back!

Fantastic episode!
Loved the flash of Rose, loved the 'mummy' reference and i actually liked martha, it was weird.

Next week's looks bloody amazing!

Aimee, I know what you mean about this series compared to the past 2/3.
Hopefully it'll keep gaining pace, but it's odd to think we're getting very near to the half-way point in the series!

'are you my mummy' is a reference to a two part episode (the empty child and the Doctor dances) back in series 1 where there were people in gas masks saying 'are you my mummy'

i knew that bit, but by what people were sayign i thought they ment that it was somehow mentioned in this episode. sorry, i am a bit slow, blame the physics revision.

but yes, they masked children were scary.

i wonder what they are goign to do with the bee's references. maybe some kind of alien that eats bees? [i have limited imagination >.<]

The Doctor said 'Are you my mummy' when he had a gas mask on (in this episode we've just seen) as a funny reference :)

Well, not the first five minutes, it's around 8.40 when The Doctor goes to talk to the Sontarans. I'm annoyed I missed that.

Anyway, I don't like the girl playing the Doctors daughter, she seems to perfect, too pretty, too fit, too.. flexible. Bleh. I hope she's evil.
