I'm not sure if i said but i had a bad weekend last week (so like 10days ago) so my weight was down on thursday. However since then i have met my meal plan (as in ate at every time and consistantly ate atleast my lower cal limit) for the last couple of days...i'v been feling abit awful about it phsyocally but mentally quite positive. So YEY :)
I get weighed tomorow.

However it is now Monday and I am back in England and I will be around a lot more AND I will do this weekly again!!!
So this weeks challenge is to go out and collect things that make you happy - be it a photo of a special place or picking your favourite flowers even buying some special toiletries or some yummy food anything and everything that makes you feel good. All I ask is that you document these things because a later challenge will utilise them!!
This challenge aims to help us remember the good things in life :)

Last week i had a lovely meal out with an old friend and she took photos so iv emailed asked for a copy of some...'coz we had a great GREAT day and it was the first happy memorie i have created in along, long time. woop!

Drawing things or taking pictures if you cant draw and dont have a camera toodle off to where you love and then come back and google it.
Picking flowers, going to boots and getting one of those perfume smell tests, pick out recipes that you love, Get friends to write memories down and you write memories, google fave dvd's songs etc

So today is sunny and thus I am going to challenge you to eat summery foods. These don't need to be massively calorific but they do need to be healthy :)

hummmmm...... summer food.... We have lemon moose (sp?) in the fridge for later (its low fat AND yummy - yey for easy foods to eat) thats summer isnt it?
And i'm doing a big BBQ chicken salad tomorow (something i can prepare before therapy so i dont have to cook afterwards) an thats deffinatly summery.

I might get some strawberries aswell at the weekend!
