i did try to write today to get some of this stuff out of my head but i could not even do that just sat for ages looking at the paper the pen in my hand and nothing, how am i ever going to get this stuff out if i cannot even write just a few words?

It can be hard at first but you shouldn't rush yourself. Maybe just write down a few words, not proper sentences just to ease yourself into it?

Sweetheart you don't have to see her. Make arrangements with your friends or someone to hang out so you don't have to see her, or if she finds you, you won't be alone. *hugs* You just keep safe honey.

Said I was doing work, she asked for my number, had to give it to her her two sisters have my number so it'd be obvious if I gave it to her...

Looks like she doesn't suspect the visit from social services was caused by me telling on her.

What if she does know? I am dead. She'd break my neck.

Honey you just don't talk to her and avoid her. Talk to your counselor as well. If she confronts you or tries to hurt you just punch her in the face and run. Or, just run if she's a lot stronger than you. Try not to be in any closed spaces alone with her if possible. We're here if you need and extra help.

I have her on Facebook but I'm barely ever online.

I don't have a counsellor anymore, I've been therapyless since June...

She's fatter than me so she's not faster.

I'm so nervous of everything. Literally everything.

KitKat, You don't have to talk to her at all..Just go out somewhere safe with your family member or friends so they can go with you so you don't have to see her anymore..

You will be fine sweetie, just keep you stay safe and not near her at all..

:D she's coming over next Thursday but I'm not going to be at home cos I'll be at work placement. She's been texting my Mum and saying that she's felt really down ¬¬ she doesn't know the meaning of the word.

Yeah I told my Mum before going to a therapy session (when I was in therapy) cos I told my counsellor and at first she didn't believe me.

Well my Mum tries to make sure my cousin never comes over but theres only so much you can do cos we're family :/
