Had a big fight with my carer at 11pm last night - he drove off into the night and I self harmed and now I'm feeling ill. He came back and we sorted things but...and I lied about how bad I hurt myself : ( was too tired for hospital, don't deserve the help anyhow.

Hope everyone is ok - might not have been a good move Gem discharging yourself no matter how useless your cmht may be. You may need more help/support down the line and they are the ones who usually organise this x
