Some of my friends know about RYL. Like, close friends. I guess telling them just helped me to explain why I knew people from all over the country/world and also to let them know that I was getting support so they didn't have to worry.
1 of my close friends even ended up joining up =]

HA we both tend to come out with spontaneous and REALLY RANDOM responses. I told one friend i met her at a spanish workshop lol..wtf? Ollie told another friend something different each time he asked...heh..i guess i just don't want people thinking i'm a freak!

my parents know.
they love Em.
she comes round here a lot. its nice really cos like.. we can cuddle etc and not feel awkward.
They know we met here too and theyre cool about it.

My parents would probably be ok with it if i told them i had fallen in love with an orange dinosaur.

her mum knows, she doesnt like it... her dad doesnt know, i think by all accounts hes quite homophobic.

I KNOW my mum wouldn't be funny with me in the slightest. She'd just want me to be happy but i also know that deep down she'd be a little disappointed. She'd near show it around me but i can't help feeling that.

i understand about you mum being disappointed with it a bit, but would she not be more disappointed that you felt like you couldnt talk to her? i mean, its not like you and Olivia only just got together is it.

To clarify, i've started to think i might be gay recently, i'm kinda confused. Um my theory is that EVERYONE has the potential to be 'bi'. I think you have a connection/fall in love with the person, not the gender. I'd never gone out with a girl properly before Ollie, i had a brief and very odd 'thing' with a close girl friend though. I think what happened with Ollie and i (from my side anyway) which has happened to at least 3 sets of my mates is that we were and still are best mates. We know everything about eachother and i think sometimes when you get that close to someone it's easy and kinda natural to fall in love with them. Whereas before i could appreciate that some girls were attractive i never really fancied them, whereas i did fancy and go out with guys. However, now i find myself being more attracted to girls. I really don'y know what's going on. All i know is that i've been with her for 16 months now and i've been the happiest i've been in a long time. Not right now lol but in general.
