There is an update in the support thread on how Oliver is for anyone whom is intrested.
I am going to see him this afternoon so will pass on all your love and show him the other support thread.
If any of you text him he has had all his wires and things taken off him as they failed to search and he ended up shing. Luckily he told me so I firmly spoke to the staff and they sorted thing out.
Thanks for the support he needs it.
Also thanks for the support for myself, it's really appreciated. I have recently receved a letter for formal diagnosis, my doctor and mht are going down the line of eupd which is difficult as I am scared of diagnosis but I suppose it does help you get the support you need.
I think!
You see things. You understand. You're a wallflower.
Evan thanks for letting us know about Oliver, will go and look at thread. Diagnosis can be scary but try to remember it doesn't define who you are, it is just a way of allowing your team to be able to support you better if that makes sense. Make sure you look after yourself too
How are you doing today Mark?
"Recovery is something that you have to work
on every single day and it's
something that doesn't
get a day off."
Hi :) I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post here but will give it a go! I'm diagnosed with borderline personality disorder. I've just finished 18 months of DBT. How is everyone? :)
Please send Oliver my regards Nave, not spoken to him much but hope he gets the help he needs x.
Welcome to the thread GoldenSnitch *waves* My name is Rachael and I have done a few sessions of DBT last yr and found it really helpful.
I went for a picnic in the park with my sister and nephews today and it was really really hot for change. It made me think how this time next yr i'll be taking my ickle one to the park for picnics :) I cant remember who of you has children on this thread, but if you do what support were you offered for your mh when pregnant or after the birth? Got my assesment on fri and wanting some support in place to prevent post natal depression. But at the same time dont want them to think i will be an unstable parent.
Hey guys:)
Argh I wrote a reply and it got deleted lol
*hugs Abbz* How are you sweetie? X
Ruth I think your username is pretty awesome. :)I remember the last time I saw a post of yours, you were talking about having a lot of schoolwork to do. How are you?
Rachael, I'm sorry, I don't have kids either. But I think that by asking for support you are in fact showing them that you are going to be a caring parent who wants the best for her child, rather than an unstable one X I hope you can get the support you need :) Is it okay if I ask when you're due? X
Just got back from a birthday party. It was kind of okay. Only that I kind of came out(as bisexual) to the birthday girl. Oh well.
Anyways I've got school tomorrow(it was holidays until now) and I have to wake up at 5 as always and I really should wash my hair and get ready for tomorrow but I don;t really feel like doing anything.
