Hello, I just found this thread.. could use some help right now... Just starting to get memories of what a friend did to me :(.... I am being forced to talk about with my school therapist but am terrified to... I'm not sure I am strong enough to be talking about it :(

Well we're here to listen if you want to tell what she did to you honey. You can just try little bits first. Then if you tell us you can print out what you said and give it to your therapist. :) It might be easier. And I'm sure you can PM me or one of the other regulars. *hugs gently*

Thanks... I actually wrote down what she did to me in detail (she molested me :(...) and handed it to my therapist. I am very scared to talk about it as I am not ready to handle my emotions. on Monday I had flashbacks of what she did and ended up needing stitches:( I am scared of what will happen if I talk about it.

SweetDeeDee- my ex sided with my on a lot of things that my mum said about me, but she never really protected me from anything..if anything she made it worse.
and I'm trying to be close to my dad but it's hard I'm used to haveing to deal with things by myself and on my own so it's difficult to have a parent that cares about my well being...

i have not been on here for awhile but today i have had so much go on in my head i feel like i need to let it out but i just dont feel like i can

It's understandable that you don't want to let it out, maybe for you that means really acknowledging that something happened?

Sweetheart even if you can't tell us directly, get it out somehow. Write it in a journal, draw or paint a picture, something like that. All that pain and emotion MUST be released. It's not your fault, and we won't judge you or anything honey. Just get it out, even if it's not with us. You be safe. *hugs*
