My life is busy during the semester, but then on breaks I have absolutely nothing to do. This past spring semester I took off for ECT and pretty much slept the entire spring and summer away. Developed agoraphobia too, which I have been fighting all semester... I HATE leaving the apartment, even if it is to do something with my best friend. Garrghh. I don't know.
I have such trouble drinking enough water... I think I shall make some tea sometime... I really want to purge right now, got triggered by some books I looked at on Amazon.com... ARGH I frustrate myself so much!!
Oh, and Intro to Theatre is a required course (well, either Intro to Theatre, Art, or Music, and as I was off a semester, they stuck me into Theatre... would've rather taken art as the prof for Theatre is an a**). Sociology (of Deviant Behavior) sounded interesting. I'm really a psych major but only had one psych course this term (Theories of Personality). In the States colleges work differently; you take a variety of subjects, don't just focus on one. For example, you have to take social sciences (3 classes, anthropology, political science, sociology, psychology), fine arts (1 class, theatre, music, or art), two required English courses, etc. - PLUS all of your major's classes!!
Anyway. I'd best be off... Nightwish is on pause in my cd player in the kitchen and I really need to text someone about wanting to purge... not doing too well today. :(
RYL family: Doikers is my brother
All changes, even the most longed for, have their melancholy; for what we leave behind us is a part of ourselves; we must die to one life before we can enter into another! - Anatole France.
I'm waiting for a friend to call so we can talk. But I don't know how much longer I can put off the urges.
:(

G'morning. Some odd reason I can't sleep anymore..but I've hardly had any...wonder if the lovely sleep from a med is fading..I really hope not.
Anywyas, I can empathize, Irene. Like the phone, gas, hydro, etc...cable tells you they will be there anywhere between 8-4...hmmm..ok...good they narrow it down >.<!
I hate letting ppl in, having them in the house...I tend to hide lol.
We got about 2+ inches of snow last night. SO not happy.
But they are saying 6+ inches...but have been saying that for a week now.
At least the dogs like it...they totally spazz out, tis funny to watch. One has a cone on right now and has discovered if he dips it down, he can scoop up snow, then fling his head back, make it fly in the air...and then try to catch it/eat it...lol
urgh I hate snow.
It makes driving hard and if I have to use my wheelchair, it makes it hard for whoever is pushing as well as leaving me freezing my butt off.
so no thanks to snow!
ALl they do is shout in this house. They shout at eachother ALL THE BLOODY TIME!
I hate it. I really hate it. MY dad screams at the dog his wife screams at him, his daughter screams at them both. they ALL communicate via shouting. Its awful.
12 months ago id have been a nervous wreck.
Now im sat here nursing a shaking dog thinking perhaps they shout because no one ever gets heard? They are the worst bunch of communicators ive ever known. They havent a clue about eachother at all. No one ever sees how the other feels or knows their needs unless its on the end of a scream. No one listens.
I sit in the middle and i try to mediate. The amount of times ive said " cant you see what X or Y are trying to tell you" and im just met with a blank face.
