i expect they will have the helpline number up after H.O tonight, they always do.... if your struggling with loosing someone or are suicidal please contact c4 help line on.......

maybe they should put a warning on before it shows like they do for graphic shows saying this show contains ...... etc
i have to watch masterchef at 6.30 (cos im a looser) but i have set up a reminder to watch H.O at 7.30 on c4+1
