I'm stressed after a rough couple of days. Just realising how BPD is seriously messing with my life. :(

I got up at 2pm today. Which is better than 5pm like it was yesterday! I have a GP appointment tomorrow so will have to be up early.

My GP is going to write to addiction services and see if they'll accept a referral - she says she's not certain I meet all the criteria needed for a referral but she's going to try. She did a blood test too, first one in months, and I'm a little worried my anaemia might be bad enough that I'll need immediate treatment - she says she'll have the results either this evening or tomorrow, and will contact me if necessary.

Anyway. I'm off to the cinema soon. Going to see the Die Hard movie. Not my choice, but the guy I'm going with really wants to see it, and I like spending time with him, so I said I'd go.

Hiya, sorry I've not been around and very supportive. Life is like...blergh!

My Dad has got a DVT in his leg. He's ok, in a lot of pain and on a new wonder drug...similar to warfarin. Just so worried in case some of the clot breaks away and travels else where in his body. :(

Got my blood test results. Basically if I lose any more blood I'll probably need a transfusion. Feeling very anxious.
