I know she did the same to him. But I think as much as she deserves whatever she gets, Max doesn't deserve to get in trouble if she double crosses him and tbh, I don't trust her, no matter how serious she looked crying and in pain.

I mean look at him suddenly being nice to Louise for an alibi, and tricking her into thinking it would protect her but not him. And then shagging her to 'seal the deal' or whatever. Amd he downright didnt believe it was Louise. And his phone was next to Clare.
