I have no idea, depends if support worker turns up or not and who it is. Hopefully taking dog to the normal park (where you have to keep your dog on a lead) but is still a decent walk and whatever else needs to be done. Might try washing my hair but although it sounds simple it's hard with limited mobility and no access to a bath tub. I'm basically washing my hair in a plastic sink basin thing and relying on a support worker to help me with the situation as I can't hold the plastic basin thing and shampoo and wash the shampoo out of my hair at the same time. So washing my hair is quite the event :P
