If I don't show up, leave early, or don't cooperate at this appointment,
They are going to say I'm not following my treatment order and send me back to the hospital.

It went alright. My case manager Jenn ended up sitting in the appointment with me, so I was less uncomfortable. I made it through the entire hour. So they were really pleased with me. We didn't talk about anything important...it was mostly me saying, "I don't want to talk..." but we talked about a few casual things, like work and other stuff i like to do.
