I don't think you should remove it at all for the time being; and certainly not to do any medical work on yourself. If you're concerned you need to speak to a medical professional who can do anything for you.

dont stitch self. they need be stitched certain way and how deep or big or wide the space between stitches can matter and the placement of stitches. so could heal wrong if stitch self. know this cause wwhen had have stitches on my head they said.
