In the Kindergarten, she came up to me several times the past two days, just to hug me and tell me she misses her mom and dad. She's been staying at dads house the past few days, and the divorce is very new. She told me how her dad has a big house and is building a bigger one, but doesn't spend much time with her. I want so bad to make it better for her. She's reaching out so quietly to me - no tears, just searching for comfort and love. I wish I could fix it. She breaks my heart.

It's been forever. And, I am in a kinda-recovered time with self-harm?
I made an appointment though to see a counselor about some disordered eating things I do. And... it's hard. I've never had to address it before, since the self-harm was more severe. But... I am scared about what I'm doing to my body, and yet I'm very... worried/nervous about seeing someone.
