Ian, yes you are important. Please, try and get the help that everyone on here has been suggesting.
I know that it's probably getting a little annoying(hearing the same thing over and over again) but it's true. If you get help, your life will probably improve greatly.

I dont think thats going to happen though i mean me get better. My heads all over the place and i cant do this anymore i quit. The trouble is i dont want to be put in a unit. If i told people how bad i am i think they might put me in a unit. Im so scared i dunno what to do Its getting too much though tonight i know that much. What do you think you will get from telling us your planning on ending your life tomorrow

Thats good that you didn't go through with it... but I agree with bleedingdragon Ian. You need to go see someone and tell them whats going on. I know its hard, but its something you HAVE to do. Please get help Ian...

people are worried here at RYL and your friends because they know you are the only person to change your situation
they cant change it for you.

all we can do is ask you to get professional help outside RYL
