Oooh, if I was going to do a PhD in the states (not rich enough or smart enough though) then I would have considered Penn State. It always seems kind of pretty.

I thought I may give here ago... someone adviced me to ages ago as a way to gain my confidence in this area of the forum... but sort of haven't thus far... so thought I may try now...

Well it does look pretty, at least in the pictures of the university I've seen. And the department is brilliant for me. Such a shame I don't have a few hundred thousand dollars lying around and I don't fancy taking ten years to complete a PhD.

Revision went well thanks. My family went out so it was just me and my aunt revising science and it was nice to spend some time with her. And it was a productive day. And its even better now that it's stopped raining =]

um well I'm going to costa with my best friend to celebrate her birthday (a week and a half after her actual birthday). And we'll be there an hour or so having cups of tea. And then revising again. you?
