Yes, as Nat has said, there's unfortunately been another delay. But I'll elaborate a tiny bit.
Harley has handed chat over to the chat mods, and we are now the ones ironing out the kinks. It can not be launched until the problem we've come across has been resolved, but I'm almost absolutely certain you may expect chat up by tomorrow noon (GMT). I'm terribly sorry about this - we miss chat too. Incredibly.
