The Mole was bewitched, entranced, fascinated. By the side of the river he trotted as one trots, when very small, by the side of a man who holds one spell-bound by exciting stories; and when tired at last, he sat on the bank, while the river still chattered on to him, a babbling procession of the best stories in the world, sent from the heart of the earth to be told at last to the insatiable sea.
Wind in the Willows.

Hi there Carmen! Yeah, I love that book, it rings so true for me and I think she writes beautifully.
What are December and La Dolce Vegan (is that a book?!) like? Recommend? :)
I love books. There was a long period when I just could not concentrate on them in any way and now it's ever so slowly coming back..

At the moment i'm reading The Road Less Travelled By M. Scott Peck =) . It's a book my therapist pointed me in the direction of. It's quiet good actually. It's about the philosophy side of life and spiritual growth etc.
I'll have a look out for both of those, including yours, Caz. I think I've heard of it. I've got one called Simple Abundance which has a page of thoughts and activities for each day. It's very calming and enlightening.
Ah, a cookbook. Maybe one day you will have the courage, Carmen. One day. :)
Hehe! My mum works part time in a library.
