The following content has been hidden - Reason : Angel spoiler
Angel is at wolfram and hart in season 5, and they bring down the "circle of the black thorn" who are sorting out "THE apocalypse". The senior partners then send the whole of hell after them. That's where it fades out in the last episode.

Then there's the comics. Angel lives and is now human, Gunn was sired & became a vamp and I'm not sure about the rest as I don't read them, it's just what I know from asking people. Hope that helps!
