Saw a lady with the most beautiful tattoo and am now wondering about the social etiquette of taking a photo of it to show friends that the lady would never meet!

I appear to be singing spontaneously again so I don't want to jinx it but I like how I feel right now!

- excellent day seeing all the wonderful people including Lana the Best German.

- Said Lillie helped me go to the bank and put some checks in place so hopefully I don't spend ALL the money when I'm manic if it happens again
- Got my ears re-pierced and found pretty earrings in Accessorize.

- was brave when texting a stressful work friend and said what I thought needed to be said, rather than what she wanted to hear
- laughed so hard at a ridiculous pegpag joke that I was in a reasonable amount of discomfort
- almost exactly at the same time as Lana awarded herself 'Most Likely To Set Off The Disabled Alarm', my head set off the disabled alarm

- lots of hugs
- beautiful messages written in my happy memories book
- Watching Claire and Jenna trying to navigate how to climb a tree
- Pretty shoes I can wear to work (thank you Lillie)
- Awesome minion t-shirt from leclaire
- Not falling asleep on the tube
- Getting home safe despite getting horribly lost

Today:
- called TCS without Making A Fuss
- chilled out in Costa and I guess at least worked out how not to do the time-tabling task I was attempting
- met up with a friend and her friend and had a lovely afternoon
- went to a meet up of a support group I used to attend and it was lovely to see everyone and I talked quite honestly about some things and also made people laugh (not at the same time).
- someone brought delicious brownies to the meet up and I felt very glad I was ED-recovered and able to enjoy them
- someone said they were proud of me :)
- challenged one of my recurrent self-criticisms that is the cause of a lot of my self harm urges, which I hadn't really done before but it helped a bit.
- found my air BnB place and it exists and I haven't been murdered or anything
- mirtazapine side effects are wearing off

Also I must be the first person to ever consider not being murdered to be a sign of a good day :P

- water bomb fight in the park with J, fun times.
- Amazing night
- Rat gave me nose kisses
- Had an hour nap
- new underwear
- New bra from Ann Summers fits really nicely and makes my boobs look great
- Had a productive time at the doctors/pharmacy and sorted out my medication problems.

Yesterday:
- Saw one of my best friends and had a long catch up
- He introduced me to a lovely pub that had a great atmosphere
- Met some hilarious people at said pub
- Got through a night where Jocelyn was working without any dramaz

Had a lovely moment at work with one of my residents.
Got through work despite pretty awful pain levels.

Today:
- very pleased with the GCSE results today; very proud of my students
- debating what level of excitement is appropriate when getting your own result for an exam aimed at 16 year olds...
- Colleague called me pretending to be an ex-member of staff that we always joke about which made me laugh
- McDonald's for lunch
- caught my train home and remained calm when someone was upsetting me and did maths instead of being woeful
- arrived home to a lovely new home card, an invitation to a party and a discharge letter from my old therapist which helped me reflect on the progress I've made and it was just generally a nice letter.
- my bass recorder arrived and it's awesome and will also be a good challenge, as it's more different to other recorders ran I expected
- won my argument with Stefan the flat-packed chair, without having to ask my dad for help.
- Nudelauflauf and Holby City
- my iPad is confused and is displaying a whole row of this emotion (but without the fire) at the bottom of my screen, which is simultaneously funny and mildly irritating

Dinner was good.
Played 'Hide and Squeak' with the dog which was highly entertaining.

It is time to sleep now I have reflected upon the day's good happenings, and sleep means Harry Potter audiobooks.

I looked resplendent in pink today.
The fancy dress party was ace, everyone, made such an effort and, it was so funny to see so many characters together in one room.
An incredibly delicious chocolate cake.
It was nice to see my uncle so happy as he has been depressed recently and he is my favourite uncle (well joint favourite with my other favourite uncle!)
