I hope you really can help yourself as its down to you to reach out and get the help you need from a professional, how do you know its a waste of time, until you try it you wont know will you.

I understand you cant take all this crap you have to find it inside yourself to try mate,and get the help you deserve.

How do you honestly know ian that it isnt worth helping yourself, until you talk to a professional and see what they offer you wont know.

your not better dying mate, your better hanging in there and trying to find a way of getting through, give yourself a chance mate.

Ian we are not saying we cant help you full stop, we never said that, what we said was we can help you so far, and then you have to do the rest yourself.

We can help you only so far on your journey the final step has to be taken by you , we arnt going to stop supporting you, but we can only support you so much. The rest of the way is down to you taking the step of contacting a professional and telling them how bad you are.

i hear you about wishing you would disapear, can i say mate we wouldnt want you to disapear, we have supported you because you deserve to be supported.

You say you dont need help, i hope you will be able to change the way you feel . And be able to say you do need help, and try what weve told you . And get outside professional help because youve wanted to end your life.

I hope you can overcome your wish to die, and see a way through by contacting professional help and getting the extra support you need.

We would not get any peace from you ending your life Ian,

We would get peace knowing you have taken that extra step only you can take when your ready to help yourself.

Ian we dont see that all the help we have given you was a waste of time, far from it, we are all here to support you as much as we can until
you get to the stage of reaching out yourself for the final help.

Hugs lots, the sheer fact that you are still posting here is a big step it means that you still want to be helped . I hear you about it being to much, YOUVE got to HOLD on for yourself, however hard it is for you please try and tell someone else, your parents , a professional how bad you are.

Its ok to cry ian let it out mate its a way of releasing your emotions,

i hear you about "you cant yet take the next step, I HOPE YOU FIND THE STRENGTH ian inside yourself dont give up, you are so close right now.

And youve come so far , youve been able to talk more about your feelings, we
can be there for you you still have our support, but you must try and take the next step yourself, again we cant do it for you. But we will support you as much as we can.

please look inside yourself and find tht strength, many other RYLERS have been where you have and they have eventually found that strength to

I sound so ridiculous and attention seeking im so so so sorry. I cant cope with this one little bit. I didnt ask for any of this so much is going on in my crappy life i cant deal with this. Iv got to go back to college tomorrow and face my horrible friends who were really out of order and il never forgive. They used me all the time and i didnt know it untill just recently why do peopel do this to me im fe dup with people using me i really am. They dont like the fact that i stood up to myself i can tell. If they bloody start im gonna go mad. Im not going to fight because i strongly disagree with fighting and have never done it in my life. I just wish i was dead i really do this is to much. I told my friends to stop but they wouldnt listen!! I told them three times! Three times for god sake and what do i get alod of bloody abuse back. One of my friends knows im having a hard time and yet none of them give a bloody shit about me well sod them all.!!! They say they do but they dont care they are liars!! Thinking about my friends and not being in a very good place right now is just making me worse. Im not strong enough to stand up for myself they are going to win anyway. Its already my fault apparently so it seems. But why? I wasnt in the wrong. They know im sensitive to some things. I cant be bothered with people like them they really piss me off. I cant believe im so angry still with them but i can see whats going to happen im going to get left on my own all day and not have a soul to speak to and i hate that. It reminds me of what i went through at secondary school. Im going to sound ridiculous but i need hugs i love hugs, i love college usually but not at the moment. Im not apologising to them definitely not!! I dont care if i never speak to them again. Im sorry to sound evil but how can i possibly forgive them? I cant.

you say to us sorry your attention seeking, its just that you repeat telling us stuff , about you cant cope, and youve got a plan and you want to die, even after we have explained what you need to do to help yourself, we can only repeat it to you again and again, please do something about it mate.

Ian you know many of us have explained to you what you need to do to help yourself to change your situation you need to get outside professional help, and tell them how suicidal you are ,

instead of repeating how bad stuff is and that you cant cope all the time,
and that you have a plan to end your life, we all know its not easy for you but you must do this yourself mate.

.......Who cares if it's attention seeking....maybe you need some attention......everyone needs and deserves to feel loved and that they matter.......especially.......ESPECIALLY when they have struggles in their life.....it doesn't fricking matter if you think you're a good person or not.....there's nothing funny or stupid about feeling like you want to die....NOTHING! So please take 10 million bajillion hugs from the Fish_Lover and all her fishies at home...

.....and yes, only you can initiate a plan to make things better.....it's what I had to do......and it's a lot easier than killing yourself.......I know it's hard to not let negative things affect you the way they do.....but the reality is that the way you are thinking is all backwards and there are people who can help you to see what you need to be seeing......
