I'm doing graphics and animations for my stepdad's old company they do educational/dyslexia computer games. And I get a laptop!

Well done! I hope you enjoy the job.

I don't mind that there's paperwork now, I can see the reasoning behind it. I do have a few things to think about though

chloe said mama and dada on the same day, she's been doing the dadadadadadadadadadadababababababadadabebebebeoooo ohaaaaaah noises for a while, but the first time she said 'dada' and meant it, was 7months old and she went 'dada' *looks at matt, 'mama' *looks at me*, just as we were getting ready for her dedication.

she says nananana (even though my mum is grandma not nanny!) and says ranran for my dad (grandad), but for now that it. she's more content blowing raspberries and just blowing, she tries to blow on us when we're pretending to be asleep, she also gives open mouthed (but for the mo not dribbley thank god) kisses and can blow raspberries on your skin. she also likes to feed other people her spoon, but doesn't know where to stop pushing and ends up choking us lol!

We were supposed to be going on a playdate today, but we've had to call it off because of the weather :(

Oh Stace :( That's horrible! Wishing you a speedy recovery and hopefully a period that gets less painful!

try sucking ice cubes - easier to keep down than water, also can be absorbed through the mouth, when you can keep that down, try sips of water and gradually build back up to plain foods.

it's what my GP recommended when i had something similar.

the dr i saw today for chloe really did my head in. she's still coughing her guts up.

lol that is cute!

my contractions felt like severe period pains. right in the lower abdomen, a pain that got more and more intense before tapering off.

Contractions were painful. Lou, everyone's contractions are different, if you think you need to see a midwife then gooooooo!

Really hope you're all feeling better Stace, being ill and having little ones is really horribly rotten.

Mand, have you tried NHS 24/Direct? They've been good with us :)

Everyone's are different. Mine were like bad period pains, which progressed onto the pain you get when you take huge overdoses of laxatives.

Do you think you're getting contractions? *excited*
