Anyone know how to get some waterproof scar reducing product or an effective concealor like Dermablend from other countries then USA and the UK? I live in the Northern Europe. I tried nearly all the pharmacies near my area and the Red Cross, but I haven't found anything useful so far. Any other tips for hiding the scars when going swimming would be great, too.

I'm using L'Oreal Mineral Match Foundation stuff (it's called something like that anyways.) It's really good, I use it on the inside of my arm. I was thinking of using hairspray to keep it on, would this work? Also would this waterproof it? But it covers my scars REALLY well, I can wear short sleeves and noone has noticed yet. I'm still paranoid though...

But if i still believe you love me, maybe i'll survive.
So i tell myself you're coming home, like you've done a million times.
& if it's alright, i'll still be loving you.
'cause i can't break it to my heart.

^^ Normal foundation doesn't cover my scars at all. But this is a kindof powder thing. I dunno. Lol. Hmm. I'm gonna try hairspray to keep it in place then. Still need to find something to waterproof it, if it's even possible!

I've been having real problems with staying cool recently, it's far too warm. I can't wear anything that shows my legs because my right leg is riddled with cuts. I want to be able to just walk around in some shorts instead of being in trousers the whole time. I am wearing T-shirts because my arms are ok, but it's still boiling.

/rant.

any advise on how to keep my legs cool whilst still having them covered?

You can google Dermablend and loadsa stuff comes up. It's a concealer for scars. It was out of stock when i tried to order it, so i got something similar and it wasn't any good. I'm kinda apprehensive about buying it. Anyone tried it? Is it really waterproof?

You could wear combats? They're quite light. Or 3/4 lengths?

maybe combats, couldn't do 3/4 lengths though. I think I'll just have to stop doing stuff to my leg, get some bio oil on it and hope the marks go quick.
Thanks.

Tights under shorts? You can get some opaque tights that aren't too hot.. I personally think it looks a bit dorky, but I do it anyway

There is this material that they make running/sport clothes out of...forgot what it's called. Anyway, there are shirts and pants designed specifically to block the sun but keep you cool (long sleeves). I have no idea how expensive this stuff is in the UK and Europe, but I found a couple pieces at a FootLocker in the US for pretty cheap...

As a general rule over here, if it's sportswear, the price is ridiculous

Idk what it's called, but it's very similar to under armor.
