Nothing much apart from on Sunday I have a date (it's actually date number 2 or 3, I can't remember) so that's kinda helping to keep me sane and something positive to think about.

Well we are going out drinking (Not my idea, I would have liked something else) but I plan to just be my awesome self and i'm actually making an effort! I got a hair cut and everything haha.

I was thinking about maybe getting a rose or something for her but i'm not sure...

R/Ving can be cathartic and I hope that it helps you feel better and calm down a little. Is there anything we can help with?

I'm not totally sure if the date is actually happening now :/ she's been out of contact for the past 3 days, it's kinda making me a little paranoid but hey ho.

I don't really think I need help, at the moment, the past few days i'm been able to stay on top of all the urges and not hurt myself which for late is actually a pretty good thing..

Have you tried contacting her?
Try to think rationally. Her phone may have died, she may have had a busy few days and not had time to text or message you.
If she didn't want to go on the date I'm sure she will have let you know.
