Triggering (SI) - Don't read threads that are going to effect
I've read a thread and I need to take action. I've got the stuff and have been 21 days free, with loads of triggers but I'm not sure I can get past this one. My therapist is away for the rest of this month and I just want to bleed until I cannot get up anymore.

Hey, 21weeks is brill, hope you can get through these problems and yeah, reading threads can be very triggering so it might be a good idea for you to take a break from reading the triggering parts of RYL for a bit if you're struggling with them triggering you. Also, it might be useful that if you still want to come one then don't read threads that are graphic or that will relate to your life as these might be the most triggering ones to you and so will make your situation very difficult.
