Possibly Triggering - 3 month i made it - only just
i made it but only just - 3 month sh free now
i really didnot think id a made it i thought i was going back down th sh road
thanks every 1 who helped out when i was really low in my two month forum its much appreciated any if any 1 needs me just pm me :)
really hope the urges will go now they r here and really strong :(

thanks every 1 just hoping a can keep it going and beat my record of 7 months just wish some times that i didnt slip up then but im glad ive stoped again and i am back a 3 month sh free
