Team building residentials

Hey, sorry I wasn't sure where to post this.

I am looking for some information about team building weekends. I am part of a group called the Youth Action Team which aims to inspire more young people to get active in their community and do volunteer work. We're organising a residential weekend to do things such abseiling, climbing etc.
Does anyone know of any places we could go in the UK?

We're hoping to go for 2 nights, not too expensive, in September.

Anyway ideas would be great, thank you

Coldwell... and the anderton centre.... not sure where they are you'd have to google them... but both are very good

Oh yeh... the anderton centre is based near a lake/resevoir and do an amazing team building exersize creatin a raft... our sank.. was hilarious.

Also at the anderton centre the food is amazing!

Coldwell isnt as good as the anderton centre and doesnt have as many activities. BUt is still quite fun.

Carlton Lodge in north yorkshire. On site they have facilities for canoeing,raft building, a climbing wall and lots of team building activities. They also do off site trips in minibuses to do climbing at brimham rocks and scrambling. I went with my A level chemistry group and previous to that with guides and it was a lot of fun.

Obviously depends where you are, but Broadstone Warren - down here in the South - if really good fun for team building shiz.
