I'll try to keep fighting, I'm just in a really bad place right now, I have no idea why. I'm going to call my GP on monday & try to get an emergency appt with her, I'm going to try & keep myself safe.

Hun, (kinda a reply to your ranting thread), You can't go back, like you say.. BUT, what you can do is go forward! I know everything is so hard at the moment, but it's the only way. It's worth the fight so so so much. Instead getting worse everyday, things could get a little better?

What about writing a list of things your looking forward to.. Add to it when you think of something?
1 could be meeting Sammy =]
Dosn't have to be big things, mabe small things 'like buying a ring you like'?
